$MART ART Spaces 108 S. 2nd Street Oakland, MD 21550
Join local artist Rebecca Diller of Living Branches Art for a two hour workshop where participants will learn how to create their own Quilled 3D Turtle to take home, using basic quilling techniques taught in this class. No previous quilling skills required, just a little patience and some fine motor skills!
We are asking participants to make a donation of $50 for Non-members and $40 for GCAC Members to cover cost of materials and the artist's time.
