Come and learn in a Fun and interactive workshop to help you understand the functionality of the software and build your confidence using QuickBooks Online.
Workshop Description:
> Overview of Set Up Process (New User / Existing Users and converting a company file)
> Settings: Review your company’s needs to determine if features are “turned on”
> Online banking account set up
> Chart of Accounts – Understanding accounts to make sense of your numbers. (The basics of the "Chart of Accounts" will be explained to help you understand general accounting functionality and financial reporting. and a Sample Chart of Account handout is available.)
> Coding transactions properly and timely.
> Functionality of Invoicing, A/R System, Receiving Payments.
> Functionality of Expenses, A/P System, Paying Bills.
> Reporting: Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, the two critical reports every business owner needs to access!
Notes:
Please bring your Laptop computer (or notepad to take notes) to follow along with instructor using a “Sample Company” so as to not interfere with your company’s data.
This is not an accredited accounting class therefore, no CEUs will be issued.
