Purpose Over Pain: Where Identity Meets Purpose

This is more than a conference.

This is a moment for the one carrying pain in silence.

Featuring powerful keynote speakers:

Daylen Baldwin

From the highest level of football to the unseen battles behind the scenes, Daylen brings a raw and honest perspective on pressure, performance, and identity. He’ll speak to what it really means to chase greatness, handle adversity, and stay grounded when everything around you is based on results.

Kennadee Pringle

More than an athlete—Kennadee is a voice for those navigating pain, identity, and purpose beyond the game. Through her story, she’ll challenge you to confront who you are at your core, and how God can transform your pain into something meaningful.

Together, they’re tackling the real questions:

  • Who are you outside of the sport?
  • Depression, anxiety, pressure how do I overcome it and not let it overcome me?
  • What does it take to get there?
  • When the lights Go down... what happens next?

This experience brings real conversations about mental health, adversity, and identity while pointing you toward a purpose that goes beyond the game.

Because your purpose was never meant to end when the game does.

serves as a campus chaplain at the University of Louisville , where he invests in student-athletes across men’s soccer, track and field, and men’s basketball. He also leads college and young adults at Highview Southside . A former college football player, Aaron’s athletic career was cut short after three knee surgeries, followed by a deeply challenging season in which he and his family experienced the loss of eight loved ones within a year. Through faith in Christ and perseverance, those hardships became a foundation for his calling to walk with others through pain and toward purpose. Before stepping into chaplaincy in 2020, Aaron served five years as a teacher and coach, and he holds both a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in teaching from the University of Louisville.
