The Public Information Contact (PIC) program is designed to empower an employee at each school to promote and publicize activities, community relationships, and events. PICs will keep the office of Communication and Public Engagement informed about various events, initiatives, programs, and activities without having to rely solely on the principa.. Each school principal will designate one person to serve as the Public Information Contact for the communications office. The PIC will undergo a short training and receive sample documents to help fulfill the role.
