Psychological First Aid is hosted through The National Child Traumatic Stress Network and the National Center for PTSD. Psychological First Aid is an evidence-informed approach for assisting children, adolescents, adults, and families in the aftermath of disaster and terrorism.

Lee Osipchak, BA, has been with ICOY since 2014. She has over eight years of experience providing training on a variety of topics such as prevention, crisis intervention, youth mental health, wraparound services, trauma- informed care, runaway youth, human trafficking, active listening and conflict mediation. She has presented nationally at conferences and locally for social service providers, staff and volunteers. Her training areas of focus are: Psychological First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, and Youth Thrive.
