Nonpublic programs approved to serve students under Section 14-7.02 of the School Code are governed by 23 Illinois Administrative Code Part 401. These Rules have been approved by the Board of Education and JCAR to be opened. Public comment on proposed changes is currently happening. This webinar will review proposed changes so programs can choose to participate in public comment as appropriate.
