This program has been open to all clients including NSW Department of Education school leaders and teachers for the Taree to Coffs Harbour Schools communication transformation pilot program, corporate staff, medical staff and interested individual clients. Numbers limited. Full catering included.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy applies.  If you have taken the PCM Personality Profile Inventory a $500 cancellation fee applies.  You can transfer to the next program free of charge if cancelled 1 week before commencement.  If within the week a $250 transfer fee will apply due to venue charges for your catering to Training Lab. * We will only charge you if we are charged by the hotel.  We do understand things can happen last minute, generally a no show requires full cancellation costs however we will aim to put you in another program minus venue charges. 

Regardless if you have registered and payments by invoice are in the process or paid upfront via credit card, all persons who have taken the Process Communication Model Profile, Leading out of Drama profile or Emotional Assertiveness profile will be charged $500 per person per profile due to international charges applied to Training Lab. For Leading Out of Drama you can cancel 10 days before with no cancellation fees even if taken the profle assessment, if within the 10 days you can tranfer your course or cancellation fees apply.  You will receive your profile/s and profile consult which will be arranged.
