This blended format course is a combination of self-paced learning, coaching and formal classwork. Through this multi-part series you will explore what it means to foster a learning environment on your team and deploy strategies to lessen barriers to learning and development for your staff. In this course you will engage with videos, worksheets, self-reflection and classroom conversation.
