We are glad to announce our upcoming 4-day PRINCE2 Certification Course.
Course Structure:
The 4-day PRINCE2 program comprises a 2-day Foundation Course and 2-day Practitioner Preparation Course, which can be taken together or separately. Through practice exams, workshops and overnight study, you gain the knowledge and skills required to first of all take the Foundation Exam on Day 2 and then the Practitioner Exam on Day 4 of the program.
Course Objectives:
After completing your PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification, you will gain comprehensive understanding of:
1. Managing projects using globally-recognized PRINCE2 methodology.
2. Delivering projects that meets budget, timelines, quality and minimize risks.
3. Managing inter-dependencies and identifying new opportunities within a project.
4. Using standard approaches with controls to successfully deliver projects and more.
