Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP will be providing Preventative Harassment Training for management. Under California law, employers with five or more employees must provide sexual harassment training to all employees, including management. Specifically, all supervisory employees must receive at least two hours of training at least once every two years. Importantly, the training offered by Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP educates management on what constitutes workplace harassment, how to recognize it, and how to prevent it. Additionally, the training satisfies employers’ obligation to provide sexual harassment training.
