President Elect Seminar 2025

Dear President Elect,

Welcome to The Rotary Ireland Team of Presidents for 2025/26. I am very honoured to have you on our team for the year, and I hope you will have a very enjoyable and fun filled year as the President of your Rotary Club.

Taking on the role of Club President for the first time can be a daunting experience for even the most confident person but, as your District Governor, it is my most important role to ensure that you will get all the support you need.

In order to ensure you will be well prepared, the District Training Team is putting together a Programme, which will be introduced at the President Elect Seminar, also  known as PEPS or PETS.

This will incorporate extensive training for first time Presidents and an update and refresher for those who have served previously and are willing to share their knowledge and experience.

The Seminar will be an enjoyable and interactive couple of days, in which we will focus on Leadership and Change Management, and the sharing of best practice and ideas, all designed to assist you and your Club team in having a well-structured, focused and, most importantly, an enjoyable Presidential year.

It is usual for Clubs to pay the cost of attendance for their President Elect and their Partner.
