The Premier League is responsible for the development of the Professional Game coaching in partnership with the Premier League Clubs and Professional Game partner organisations (FA, EFL, PFA, and LMA) to develop a future pipeline of Players and Coaches for the Premier League and English Football. This is achieved via the ongoing delivery of the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), Elite Coaching Plan (ECP) and the Integrated Coaching Strategy (ICS) with our football partners.

Frank spent the majority of his career at Chelsea FC where Frank is a 3x winner of the Premier League and holds several records in the competition. He has the record of the most goals by a midfielder in the Premier League and scoring the most goals from outside the box. Frank's biggest achivements at Chelsea FC include being the club's record goalscorer with 211 goals and captaining Chelsea FC to UEFA Champions League glory in May 2012 over FC Bayern Munich.

Dean Smith is an English professional football manager and former player. Dean Smith began his playing career as a defender with Walsall FC in 1989. Over the course of a 16 year careeer, Smith played for a number of clubs including Hereford United FC, Leyton Orient FC, Sheffield Wednesday FC and Port Vale FC before retiring in January 2005. He scored 54 goals in 566 league games. Post playing career, Smith moved into management. First returning to Leyton Orient FC, he worked as assistant manager before spells as manager for Walsall FC and Brentford FC. Smith was appointed as Aston Villa FC manager in October 2018 and took the club from 15th in the Championship to the Premier League via the play-offs in the 2018–19 season. Smith also has managed former Premier League clubs Norwich City FC and recently Leicester City FC until the end of the 2022-23 season.

Prior to joining Arsenal FC, Richard worked for the Premier League as Director of Football. Richard is a qualified lawyer who worked in a private practice for 10 years and then moved on to West Brom, where he was their legal counsel and club secretary for four years. He then proceeded to a wider football role and has great experience in converting a plan on paper into reality from a financial and legal perspective.

With almost three decades of professional football experience Paul has taken his footballing journey from the pitch to the boardroom. After being released as a player at Darlington he moved to New York before returning to his native Middlesbrough when he became the youngest coach at the time to pick up his UEFA A-licence at the age of just 24. On Teesside his career continued to move up - from working with the under-12s to coaching the first team in the Premier League. Jenkins was the Head Coach of the Boro U21s who won their first ever PL2 title, as part of a treble winning season. At the same time, Paul was owner of a Michelin Bib Gourmand, 2 AA Rosettes restaurant which helped push his passion further towards the business side of sport. Now, as one of a very select few in the football industry who hold both the UEFA Pro Licence and the FA Technical Director Licence, he has recently moved from his previous roles as Technical Consultant and Academy Director at Burnley to the role of Director Of Football Development.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst is a Dutch football manager and former player. Giovanni prodominately played as a midfielder and then later moved to left-back later in his career. During his club career, Van Bronckhorst played for a number of clubs including RKC Waalwijk, Feyenoord Rotterdam, Rangers FC, Arsenal FC, Barcelona FC and again with Feyenoord Rotterdam. He was an instrumental player in Barcelona's 2005–06 UEFA Champions League victory. Van Bronckhorst earned 106 caps for the Netherlands national team, and played for his country in three FIFA World Cups, in 1998, 2006 and 2010, as well as three UEFA European Championships, in 2000, 2004 and 2008. After captaining the Oranje in the 2010 World Cup final which was his final game, he retired and moved into management. Giovanni has managed notably at Feyenoord Rotterdam and Rangers FC.

Karen Brown MBE is a former field hockey defender, who was a member of the British team that won the bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Karen Brown is England and Great Britain's second-highest capped player of all time, with 355 apperances. Post playing career, Karen was Assistant Coach for both the Great Britain and England hockey teams and part of the management teams that secured a World Cup bronze with England in 2010, Olympic bronze with Great Britain at the London Olympics, European Gold in 2015 and Olympic Gold at the Rio Olympics.

Bill Davoren has been involved in High Performance sport within Australia for over 30 years in a range of leadership, management, and coaching roles across both the Olympic and professional sports environment. After beginning his career as Sports Performance Manager at the Tasmanian Institute of Sport, Bill relocated to the Gold Coast in 1999 to coach Triathlon fulltime and in 2002 became Performance Director and Head Coach for Triathlon Australia. Bill led the Triathlon HP program and coached multiple medallists across a period considered to be Triathlon Australia’s “golden” era. Post Beijing 2008, he joined the AFL environment as a Performance Manager and over a 9-year period worked with Players, Coaches and Performance Support staff at the Western Bulldogs, St Kilda and Collingwood. In 2018 he returned to Olympic sport as Pathways Manager for Hockey Australia. In 2021 Bill assumed his current role as AIS HP Coach Development Manager, where he is charged with leading the development of a national HP Coach Development Program for Olympic funded sports. Bill has a reputation as a dynamic and relationship based leader who understands the complexities and demands of high performance sport.

With over 27 years experience in a wide variety of policing disciplines, his experience includes both overt and covert policing roles; and ranges from walking the beat as a uniformed officer to a senior leadership role as a Chief Inspector responsible operational policing. A UK trained hostage negotiator and graduate of the FBI’s hostage negotiation program, Kevin is passionate about the work of hostage negotiators and continues to be one of the driving forces behind the development of hostage negotiation, and kidnap negotiation training in the UK and Internationally.
