The Pasco Pitch is a great way for Realtors to 'pitch' their listings, for buyers' representatives to find certain properties, and affiliates/business partners to network with Realtors. Complimentary breakfast snacks provided with RSVP. Pasco Pitch is open to everybody, BUT you must follow these guidelines:

1. Keep it simple: Limit 2 listings. 1st-come-1st-serve 1. Be courteous to program sponsor
2. Be honest. 2. Assertive NOT pushy
3. Highlight the value of your proposition. 3. Build relationships
4. Be open to feedback. 4. Be resourceful.
Important: Copying services are not available. Bring copies of your listings. Also, if using our projector, be sure to have your link ready.
