Post Confinement and telework: how to choose your videoconferencing service?

The COVID-19 epidemic has made teleworking one of the alternatives to physical presence on the premises for many companies. Video calls, collaborative tools or webinars have become part of our daily lives.

These tools offer a wide range of functionalities, including group work meetings, videoconferences with partners or customers, webinars, training sessions and even simple conversations between colleagues. But this does not come without risks.

We propose today to analyze together with Joe Manuele and Giles Wake (Highfive) the different functionalities offered by their platform, a videoconferencing service awarded "Product of the Year 2019" by Tmcnet and still little known in Luxembourg.
