As VP Head of Creative, Bridget leads all internal and external branding and visual messaging for Prudential and its U.S. Businesses, which include Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM), Prudential Advisors Group, Retirement Strategies, Group Insurance, Individual Insurance, and Retail and Advisory Solutions. Her teams are charged with supporting the business units and their customers by delivering marketing campaigns and experiences that help to inspire individuals to take the actions necessary to create and protect their financial wellness by saving for retirement, preparing for the unexpected, and managing their day-to-day finances. Under her leadership, Prudential has earned more than 44 awards for creative, design, and communication excellence, from organizations including PIMA, APEX, and the Ad Club. Bridget has been named “30 under 30” for marketing excellence and “40 under 40” in Advertising. Prior to joining Prudential, Bridget worked at various agencies where she was responsible for some of the most recognized brands in the world, including Samsung, BMW, and Verizon. Passionate about sharing her knowledge of the power and impact of good design, Bridget has been an adjunct professor for the past 18 years teaching marketing, business, public relations and journalism students how to use the language of design to communicate with purpose. Bridget holds a B.A. in Communications and Advertising from Seton Hall University. In addition, she earned her M.F.A. in Design from William Paterson University.
Phoenix Carnevale is a 20 year veteran in the fitness industry, martial artist, combat sports commentator and performer with a background in acting and comedy. With over two decades of experience, she promotes health with science based research and a touch of humor. Phoenix empowers individuals to reach their fitness goals while fostering confidence and resilience. A strong advocate for mental well-being, she integrates mindfulness into her training programs. Additionally, her creativity shines through in her acting and stand-up comedy, where she captivates audiences with humor and storytelling. Phoenix also engages with the community through workshops and seminars, inspiring others to embrace active lifestyles and inner strength.
Kristi Ellingsworth is a meditation and mindfulness coach who helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom and rediscover their spark. Using breathwork, somatics, Yoga Nidra, and sound therapy, she guides individuals and teams toward calm, clarity, and authentic flow. Trained in Nepal, she blends ancient practices with modern neuroscience and has supported leaders at organizations like Nobu and Sanofi. With a background in broadcast journalism and acting, Kristi brings a powerful presence that helps others reconnect to their own sense of possibility and balance.
