This full-day management workshop is a planning exercise for executives and change agents who are directly responsible for their organization’s Agile methodology. It is designed to help you define and plan a successful Agile change management program and prepare for the transition.
In this workshop, we discuss the real-world obstacles you will face and the steps to take to get past them. A successful Agile methodology program depends on many key factors, including Agile methodology program elements and change management within the organization. We will also define the business case and discuss how success is measured and how to sustain positive results. Finally, we will touch on how the transition affects the organization’s culture, roles, responsibilities, and management practices.
