Pilgrim Rest AMEC 522 N. Bailey St. Monticello, AR-- Denim and Diamond Women's Retreat Weekend Retreat 2021 is a two-day event designed to ReCharge, ReNew, and ReStore Women, Youth and (yes) Men as we enter the "New Normal." Saturday will begin with a ReCharge Ride/Walk through downtown Monticello culminating with a Salad Bar Lunch-N-Learn focusing on health and nutrition; recharging our bodies and mind. Sunday afternoon will conclude the Denim and Diamond Weekend with a Renew and ReStore Round-Table featuring members of mental and physical health professionals along with ministerial and religious leaders. T-shirts and masks and denim bottoms are to be worn on Saturday. Denim and Diamonds will be Sunday's attire.
Pilgrim African Methodist Episcopal Church is located at 522 N. Bailey Street Monticello, AR. Serving the Monticello community for 150 years. The congregation is open to all persons that would like to participate in the celebration and study of the word of God. With the addition of a new building and a grant from Blu and You the church will be unveiling its health and wellness initiative with the dedication of mobile and stationary bikes that will be available for use.
