PG Data 2026 - Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for PG Data 2026. Please carefully review our refund policy before completing your ticket purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Refund Schedule

Our refund policy is structured to provide flexibility while ensuring event planning stability:

• Full Refund Period (100% Refund)

Cancellations received 45 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price (less processing fees)

• Partial Refund Period (50% Refund)

Cancellations received between 30-44 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

• No Refund Period

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event date are not eligible for monetary refunds.

Alternative Options for Late Cancellations

If you need to cancel at any point or within 30 days of the event, we offer two alternative options:

Option A: Ticket Transfer

You may transfer your ticket to another person. To complete a transfer, please email us with:

- Your original registration details

- The full name and contact information of the new attendee

- Confirmation that the new attendee accepts the event terms and conditions

Option B: Donation to PG Data

You may choose to donate your ticket value to PG Data. Your contribution will:

- Support the current PG Data 2026 event

- Help make future PG Data events more accessible to the community

- Provide opportunities for students or professionals who might not otherwise be able to attend

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written cancellation notice via email to contact@prairiepostgres.org

- Your order/registration number

- Full name as registered

- Reason for cancellation (optional)

 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within three days of receipt of your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase

Important Notes

• All ticket sales are final after the 30-day cancellation deadline

• This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to: travel disruptions, visa issues, illness, or scheduling conflicts

• PG Data reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date

• Processing fees and service charges may not be refundable depending on the payment platform used
