What to Bring: Yoga/exercise mat and toys to entertain your child
Activity: 30-minute mommy & me Pilates led by Moving with Mommy, then a leisurely cool-down stroll in the park
Location: Register to receive the exact location
Parking: Paid street on Ocean, free parking on side streets – we recommend using the SpotAngels app to confirm.
This event is open to moms of all ages (soon-to-be are welcome too), but SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
