Overload NZ 2025 - Guest Merch/Autograph Tokens Pre-sales

Welcome to the Overload Special Guest Merchandise Online Pre-sale

Thank you for visiting our online sale page, designed to help you reduce queuing time and secure autograph tokens for a selection of guests in advance.  

Every item purchased includes an autograph token which you present at the Autograph booth (AT7 on the map). Then guests will sign the item you purchased or an item from your own collection (as long as they are official goods). T&C's apply, please check Overload guest pages for more detail. 

How It Works:

1. Pre-Sale Ticket Required: Before purchasing any pre-sale guest merch, make sure you've purchased an Overload pre-sale entry ticket, as you'll need to enter your ticket number at checkout. This confirms your attendance at the event, since we do not offer absentee autograph services. You can purchase your pre-sale ticket here. 

2. If you're a registered artist with a table at Overload, you do not need to purchase a separate pre-sale entry ticket. You may use your table registration order number at checkout instead—it counts as your pre-sale ticket and includes entry for two people.

3. Purchase Guest Merchandise: When you buy your item(s), you’ll receive one autograph token per item.  If you already have an official item in your personal collection you may use the autograph token to have that signed, instead of the merchandise you purchased.

4. Pick Up on Event Day: Present your QR code at the Guest Merch Stand (AT8 on the map) to collect your pre-purchased item(s) and corresponding autograph token(s).

5. Autograph Session: Head to the Autograph Booth (AT7 on the map) with your autograph token(s), and your purchased item(s) or official item(s) from your collection. Guests will personalize autographs with your name. Only one autograph per token. 

6. Check Guest Autograph Times: Autograph sessions will proceed as scheduled and cannot be changed. Please check the Overload Guest Page for session times, as we are unable to provide refunds if you miss these sessions or fail to collect your items and tokens.

Important Details:

• Autographs are only valid for official goods—either the item/s pre-purchased through us or one from your personal collection. Please check the Overload Guest Page for specific details on each guest's autograph policy.

• Limited to 2 tokens/person per guest.

• Cosplay guest, Yosuke, will be at Booth AT21 in Shed 10 for most of the weekend offering merch and autographs. Check the schedule at Yosuke’s booth for specific timings

• Guest merchandise will also be available at the Guest Merch Stand (AT8) on event day (while stocks last).
