Hundreds of passionate middle school students from the Central Okanagan Public Schools will be showcasing their climate action projects at this year's Expo of Awesome: Youth Taking Action for a Sustainable Future event. This event is being hosted at UBCO in the EME building with the support of UBCO, WWEST, CARE, and other community learning partners. The event will include formal presentations where students will be competing for funding towards their projects, collective knowledge building circles, and booths from both students and community members with a passion for sustainability. Attendance at this event is through invitation only.
