Oct. Conceal carry Class

You are signing up for the a Conceal Carry class with First Line Defense. This form is to agree to complete the form and proceed to the next page which will be to make payment. Payment must be made prior to attending the class. Payments may be made over the phone to First Line Defense AFTER this form is completed. Please note that all payments over the phone have a $5 fee if you wish to make an over the phone payment contact 920-659-0486. We encourage anyone with a valid permit who is attending the class to be armed. Please note if you do not have a valid permit you may not coneal carry a firearm legally in the class. Please note that our conceal carry classes are not intended for the "politically correct" individuals. This classwill give you real world education on conceal carry and firearm related topics. At times in this class you may be exposed to images, videos, and language that may be offensive to some individuals. If you are wishing to attend a class full of hugs, bunny's, and rainbows or if you find yourself needing a "safe space" when you see harmful words like "trump" wrote in chalk this is not the class for you. However understanding that some of our younger customers require a "safe space" we encourage you to attend the class and legally carry a firearm. With a firearm you can make any space a safe space. Completing this form and completing payments confirms that you agree that you understand we have a no refund policy. You are agreeing to attend the class above or request to be added to another class on another date. Please note that you must contact us 24 hours prior if you wish to reschedule for a later class
