We will meet in Cleveland on Monday, May 16th from 1:00-6:00 PM and Tuesday, May 17th from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM and are grateful to Hospice of the Western Reserve for offering to serve as host.
 
As a reminder, we chose to begin our meeting in the afternoon on Monday to allow most attendees to arrive in the morning and then conclude by 3:00 PM Tuesday to allow for afternoon/evening departures. We will make arrangements to go to dinner together on day one!
