Cancellation policy
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received on or before March 26, 2027 will receive a full refund, less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.*
Cancellations received between March 27, 2027 and April 5, 2027 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.*
Cancellations received after April 5, 2027, and no shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Pre-Summit Session Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before March 26, 2027 will receive a full refund, less non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations received between March 27, 2027 and April 5, 2027 will receive a 50% refund of the Pre-Summit Session registration fee.*
Cancellations received after April 5, 2027, and no shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Summit Celebration Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations received on or before April 5, 2027 will receive a full refund, less non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations received after April 5, 2027, and no shows, are not eligible for a refund.
*Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of cancellation date. Registrations are transferable.
