Note: Attendees should plan to arrive on Monday, April 27th, in time for the Welcome Reception at 5:30 pm CT and stay through the Summit Celebration which ends on April 29th at 10 pm CT. Exceptions: Plan to arrive on Sunday, April 26th if y ou are planning on attending one of the Pre-Summit field trips.

Cancellation policy

Registration Refund Policy: Cancellation requests received on or before March 13th, 2026 will receive an 80% refund. Cancellation requests received between March 14th and April 1st, 2026 will receive a 35% refund. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellation requests received on or after April 2nd, 2026. Registrations are transferrable. Original processing fees are non-refundable.
Summit Celebration and Pre-Summit Field Trip Refund Policy: Cancellation requests received on or before April 1st, 2026 will receive a 100% refund (minus non-refundable processing fees). Refunds cannot be issued for Summit Celebration and Pre-Summit Field Trip cancellation requests received on or after April 2nd, 2026. Summit Celebration and Pre-Summit Field Trip registrations are transferrable.
