Cancellation policy

Cancellations received on or before April 18th, 2025 will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations received between April 19th and May 16th, 2025 will receive a 35% refund. Cancellations received on or after May 17th, 2025 cannot be refunded. Registrations are transferable. Note: Processing fees are non-refundable.
