Pay per class! We've updated our registration to be per class, not per session. When registering, please select all the dates of the month you will be attending the class, and register for each date. This will allow attendees to only register for the classes they will be attending.
This one hour class will help orient and ground, your mind and body through breath awareness and mindful meditations on scripture. You will be invited into slow, gentle stretching and movement that offers mobility and balance. This class combines trauma informed techniques with scripture and biblical based empowerment, for a peaceful and healing experience. It is for all levels of ability.
This is for the Nov-Dec 2024 class session, running on Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:30am from 11/6-12/18 with no class 11/20, 11/27, or 12/4 at our office at 3480 W Market St. Suite 205, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
You may bring your own mat or use one of ours. You may also want to bring water.
Class will only run with 3 or more particpants per class, but is capped at 10.
Due to our new pay per class structure, "drop in" attendees must pre-register online before attending class. Please select the class date you will be attending and register and pay through this site.
