These sessions will give delegates the opportunity to explore the primary school and secondary school resources created by the Premier League Foundation in line with the No Room For Racism campaign.
The sessions, led by PSHE and social sciences teacher, Alison Wiggins, will look at the topics covered in the resources such as racism & inclusion and racial stereotyping, including how everyone can support and be an ally for those affected in this way.
The sessions aim to give the delegates the confidence and knowledge of how these resources could be delivered in their programmes as well as facilitating discussions on any key questions and considerations when planning for the delivery of these resources. There will be some light prior reading to do in advance of the session which will be sent out on confirmation of your place, including looking through the resources in advance so delegates are familiar with the content.
Two sessions will be delivered, one focusing on the primary school age resources and another one for secondary school age resources.
