A Practical Program for Coaches Who Want to Grow Their Practice

Selling is not simply an exchange of goods or services. Every day we are communicating ideas, building trust, and helping people make meaningful decisions. Whether building a business, getting a job, or speaking with friends and family we use the skills of selling and influencing.

For coaches and service professionals, the ability to have effective discovery conversations and guide potential clients toward the right next step is one of the most important skills for building a successful practice.

NLP and Sales Mastery is an interactive training designed to help coaches grow their client base while communicating with authenticity, clarity, and confidence.

Drawing on principles from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, and real-world sales experience, this program teaches a practical framework for having meaningful conversations that naturally lead to new coaching relationships.

Rather than relying on pressure or persuasion, participants learn how to approach selling as a collaborative and thoughtful conversation centered on understanding the client’s goals, values, and motivations.

What You’ll Learn

Over the course of eight 90-minute sessions, participants will develop the skills and mindset needed to confidently speak with prospective clients and grow their coaching practice.

  • A clear structure for leading effective discovery sessions
  • Understanding the three key elements that create excitement for a client to begin working together
  • Recognizing a client’s values and decision criteria
  • Asking deeper questions that uncover a client’s real goals and motivations
  • Communicating ideas and possibilities with clarity and impact
  • Working with beliefs about selling and developing a mindset that supports authentic client conversations
  • Turning hesitation or objections into constructive dialogue

A Highly Practical Learning Experience

Each class combines instruction with hands-on practice.

Participants Can Expect

  • Approximately 60 minutes of focused teaching
  • 30 minutes of practice and role-play
  • Live spot coaching and feedback from the instructors

This structure allows participants not only to understand the concepts, but to practice real conversations and develop confidence applying them.

Participants who are just starting their coaching practice will leave with the tools and confidence to begin bringing in their first clients. Those who already have some experience will learn how to create a more consistent flow of opportunities and conversations.
