This course examines ethical decision-making under pressure in the insurance and risk management profession. Participants will explore the distinctions between ethics, morals, and legal obligations, how regulatory obligations, business incentives, technological advancements, and interpersonal dynamics create ethical gray zones. Through structured frameworks, real-world case analysis, and applied discussion, participants will develop tools to strengthen ethical resilience and professional accountability. By enhancing their ethical awareness, agents, brokers, and other licensees will be better prepared to serve clients with integrity, minimize errors and omissions (E&O) risks, and effectively build ethical resilience while providing sound insurance and risk management guidance.
