New Central’s Annual Summer Camp Fair is a fantastic opportunity for day and overnight camps to reach target families throughout the Halton community.   During this event you can showcase your unique camp, provide information and sign up participants for your summertime programs. 

 

How you benefit by being an Exhibitor:

Two (2) Ballot draw for Attendees for a $250 Gift Certificate (paid by New Central) towards a participating 2020 Exhibitor's camp fees;

Advertising on the Halton District School Board's website;

Direct marketing through local public and private school community;

Advertising in community retailers and local community newspaper.

 

Exhibitors Space is limited

and is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation policy

As our gym holds limited space for our Exhibitors, cancellations at least 14 days before the Summer Camp Fair date will receive a 100% refund less a $50 administration fee.  Please email us at newcentral.chair@gmail.com should you require to cancel.
