About the Networking in the New World: Grow Your Business

This exciting and interactive networking session is designed to stimulate provocative and memorable conversation among peers. It also gives the audience actionable, practical, tactical takeaways that can be applied immediately back at the office. The seasoned general manager and junior revenue director will all get a valuable nugget from this conversation. It starts with 20 minutes of content: 
 
In Real Life Networking:
Better questions to ask to build deeper relationships, the art of circle crashing, pre- and post-networking strategies to build more business. 
 
Behind the Screen Networking:
Top tips to be more visible online, get leads to slide into your DMs, and how to build your best social capital so you're irresistible to customers--new and old.
 
THEN, you break into networking groups. I pose a question to the whole group, and the group discusses it for 7 minutes before switching to the next group. This goes on for about 30 minutes, and then we regroup at the end for questions, reflections, and takeaways.
 
It's fun. It's fast. It's effective. 
 
No boring networking moments are had, and everyone walks away feeling energized.

Mandi Graziano’s long and storied career includes leadership roles in sales and operations positions with major hotel chains, independent hotels and private event venues across the United States. She has been a sales manager, event manager, marketing manager, account director, national sales manager, vice president of global accounts, entrepreneur, public speaker, and coach—all of which have contributed to her growing collection of entertaining and informative sales tales. Her voice as a customer, buyer, salesperson, and coach are what make the stories of this book unique, with a broad perspective.

Since 2007, she has run her own sales and business coaching company which helps sales teams, business leaders, and entrepreneurs improve their strategies for cultivating prospects, building stronger business relationships, and closing deals.

Since 2010, she has been the vice president of global accounts at HPN Global, a global site selection and meeting planning company, where she finds hotels and venues for her clients all over the world, negotiates prices and contracts, and provides consulting on all aspects of managing meetings, conferences, and conventions globally.  Whether Mandi is coaching a sales team or scouting out the perfect location, she approaches every endeavor with her unique blend of boundless energy, expertise, and enthusiasm.
