NE Chapter - Operations Manager School

About this school

This 2-day course offers a focused and practical education of how operations managers and superintendents successfully coordinate the many moving parts of a fence industry business. Through interactive classroom sessions and peer discussion, participants will explore best practices in project planning, team leadership, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control—all aimed at increasing efficiency, profitability, and field performance.

Certification is optional and requires a separate application and fee, with the option to sit for the exam at the end of the school.
