Join 24/7 School of Real Estate live on Zoom for the 75-hour NC real estate prelicensing course. Chris Barnette will guide you through the first steps on your real estate journey. Students who complete the course and pass the proctored end-of-course exam are eligible to apply for the state licensing exam.
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance guidelines apply to this course.
Please plan to attend all class dates. You must attend 80% of all class hours. Students who do not meet attendance requirements set by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission will not be eligible to take the class exam.
The class is $425 and includes a digital copy of the textbook.
The exam is administered following the last day of class via a third-party proctor on your computer. The course cost includes one exam attempt. If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, there is a $25 charge for one additional exam attempt.
