Description: Basic introduction to some useful functions within Outlook to make managing your email and calendar more effective.  Providing instruction on setup of basic email and calendar functions at Home Forward.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline the process for creating quick steps, delay delivery of a message and sharing calendars with other users
  • Review the process for adding a Home Forward shared inbox
  • Attain the ability to customize Outlook

Note: This is a beginner lever course.
