Level 3 is an advanced technical class that includes Installation,

Troubleshooting and Service training on the NCB-E, NHB and NPE models.

This course is required for Navien Service Specialist (NSS) applications or to be listed on

Navien’s website. This class can only be taught by an Authorized Factory Trainer.
