Friday:

  • Vendor Registration & Set up: Starts at 1PM
  • Kickoff Party: 4PM-11PM

Saturday:

  • TCG Con: 10AM-7PM
  •  Trade Party: 7pm 

Sunday:

  • Vendor Appreciation Grab and Go breakfast (juice, coffee and donuts)
  • TCG Con: 10AM-6PM

 

 

***Table Dimensions: 6 ft tables(72" Wide, 30" Tall, and 30" Deep)***

 

Exhibitor Hall Table Rates:

Tables are $300 each which include all three days and come with the following Perks:

  • 2 Vendor Badges
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast

Different Tiers of Sponsorships are available:

Basic Sponsorships are $800 and include the following benefits:

  • 4 tables with 8 Vendor badges
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast
  • Your logo included in all event marketing and advertising.

VIP Sponsorships are $1000 and include the following benefits:

  • 5 tables with 10 badges
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast

Co-Presenting Sponsorships are $2000 and include the following benefits:

  • 10 tables with 20 Vendor badges
