This dynamic event emphasizes peer-to-peer learning, collaborative approaches, and the sharing of best practices - in a hands-on, creative setting.
We take pride in creating continuous opportunities for participants to use interactive problem-solving to create tangible solutions for sustainable change. Community members come together to exchange creative and successful applications of clinician outreach to target diverse patient populations.
Attendees have the opportunity to connect with colleagues working in a wide variety of healthcare fields, including public health detailing, quality improvement, clinical outreach education, practice transformation, government, healthcare-focused non-profits, hospital and provider networks, insurers, and academic institutions.
