We will be teaching our new 3 hour CE class to go over ALL Mid Year Contract Changes resulting from the NAR settlement. This includes a lot of new forms, and changes to how commission is entered on listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, instructions to closing attorney, and much more! We will also discuss some great ways to better your conversations with both buyers and sellers and answer any questions they have about the changes in compensation with regards to the NAR settlement.
