Cancellation policy As of January 1, 2012, it is our policy that any person scheduled to attend a training session must provide notice not less than 48 business hours prior to the start of the training, that he/she will not be able to attend the course. The person which fails to provide us with 48 business hours of notice that they will not be attending will be considered a "No Show" and they or their agency will still be responsible for the tuition/cost of the training course.
