We invite you to Celebrate Mother's Day with us in The Strip District!
We're teaming up with all 3 Pittsburgh Area chapters of The Mom Walk Collective (PGH, North Hills, South Hills), to host a beautiful morning of connection and celebration for a very special kick-off to Mother's Day weekend.
WALK EVENT DETAILS:
We will meet outside of Playa Bowls at the Strip District Terminal at 9am. Once you've checked-in with one of the event hosts, fuel up and grab an açai bowl or smoothie from our community partner, Playa Bowls. At 9:30 we will kick-off the walk with a quick welcome and giveaway with our headline sponsor: Babybjörn! We will then head out along Smallman St, to 24th St, and walk along the Strip District Trail, looping back once again to the Terminal. Total Distance of 1.5 miles.
We will celebrate the end of our walk with additional giveaways from our community partners/local brands, blessing our mamas with some extra love for Mother's Day!
Stick around after the walk for the return of 'Market at The Terminal' and shop from local vendors while enjoying music by DJ Breis Gordan starting at 11am.
Paid parking is available across from the Terminal, in the Smallman building and on the streets in the surrounding area. There are also a number of parking lots in the area within a short walking distance.
Bring your kiddos, strollers, water and sunscreen, and get ready to grow your village, meeting other local mamas and their families.
REGISTRATION:
Our walks are always free for everyone. However, we ask that you register for this event to confirm your attendance and allow event organizers to notify you of any changes. Please register only for yourself (do not include your children in the number of attendees).
Walks, events, and our community are open to all moms: moms-to-be, bonus moms, newborn moms, toddler moms, big kid moms, and more. Everyone is always welcome!
