In this state-approved 3-CE credit hour course, you will learn the basics that every Realtor must know when working with buyers. Lenders have specific requirements, and this class will cover on these one item at a time. Everything from check stubs to the newest Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure will be reviewed. At the end of this course, you will be able you to work efficiently and educate your clients through the entire mortgage process.
