Local yoga studio Ananda Sky Yoga is hosting another FREE mommy-and-me session. We are so grateful for their generosity in offering this special session for our mommas. Because of the small setting, this event is capped at 20 mommas, so please sign up only if you can attend.
This class is intended for mamas and littles (under the age of 18 months).
Please dress comfortably, and we ask that no food or snacks be brought into the studio to help maintain safety, cleanliness, and respect for the practice. Bring your own mat, as studio mats are limited.
Please arrive by 9:45-10am so that we may begin on time.
Again, this is a free event. However, you are free to donate what you can when you arrive there, and the proceeds go to the local food pantry and future gatherings such as this one to make yoga practice accessible to the community.
