We'll meet at 10:00 at Doyle Park to mingle and do introductions.
At 10:15 we'll begin a brief workout with FIT4MOM. Bring a small pumpkin for a weight if you have one; we'll have extras if you forget or can't bring one.
After our workout, we'll plan to do a short cooldown walk around the park before letting the kids loose on the playground.
The weather should be cooler, but be sure to bring hydration and sunscreen!
