*Please note: this is a moms only event. Enjoy some much needed you time!
Due to limited space, we have to cap this event at 18 total moms, with the understanding that each mom would share a sauna room with another mom (9 total rooms).
Session time is 40 minutes, please be sure to wear loose fitting clothing, hydrate, and eat before.
