We will be meeting at 9:30AM at Big House Beans coffee shop in Brentwood. You will have the option to purchase food & beverages from them before we leave for our walk.
The parking lot directly in front of the coffee shop is small and often full, but there is a ton of parking as you get closer to CVS in that same parking lot.
We will congregate on the patio or sidewalk outside while we wait for all the mamas to arrive and wait for mamas to get their beverages. There is a bathroom inside the coffee shop, but after you order we ask that you wait outside since the inside of the coffee shop is small and often crowded.
Around 9:50am, we will give a little welcome message and then we will walk together to Sungold Park. This walk is about 0.9 miles one way. We will cross over Central Blvd before getting safely onto the trail, so please be mindful of traffic and keep older kiddos close to you.
We will hang out at Sungold Park for about 30-45 minutes (or until kiddos become fussy) and then walk back to Big House Beans together. You are welcome to leave early if you need to but we recommend waiting for the group for safety purposes.
*Note, there are no restrooms at the park we are going to. But there are water fountains and picnic tables.
