This event will be along the Marsh Creek Trail in Brentwood.
We will be meeting at Veterans Park on Balfour. There is a decent sized parking lot right next to the park that also wraps around the Senior Center.
You can bring a beverage with you to this walk :)
We will let older kiddos play on the playground (the one with the pirate ship) and congregate around there while we wait for all the mamas to show up. We will wait until 9:45AM, then I will give a little welcome message & we will pair off and walk down Marsh Creek Trail to Monarch Park.
This walk is a longer one, it is about 1.2 miles between parks.
Please be mindful of cyclists and other people on the trail while on this walk!
We will hang out at Monarch Park for about an hour. Older kiddos can play on the playground. Moms of babies/younger kiddos can spread out blankets and hang out on the grass. You are welcome to leave whenever you need to, but due to the distance, I encourage you to wait to return to Veterans Park with the group.
The trail is stroller friendly, but you can carry your little one if that's easier for you!
