WHAT:

Join Fullerton and Garden Grove moms in a brand new book club, Mom Lit. This event is to launch our new book club, meet and get to know each other a bit, and purchase our first book (unless you prefer to read via Kindle or Audiobook!) We will meet at Barnes & Noble in Fullerton, mingle over coffee, shop the bookstore and let the kiddos play in the children's area.

IS IT FOR KIDS?

Kids are welcome at that this one-time mingle & launch, although moving forward, Mom Lit will be scheduled on a Friday evening each month exclusively for us moms to have some adult mom-to-mom time without the kids. You can expect fun, book-themed wine, cocktails or mocktails, snacks, laughs, and new friends. 

WHAT BOOKS WILL WE READ?

We will be reading one book per month, not limited to any genre. After the first month books will be selected based on submissions and member votes.

The first book we will begin reading after this launch event is Butcher & Blackbird by Brynne Weaver. Please note this book does contain several content warnings, so we recommend you do research ahead of time if you are unfamiliar with this book.

The first 3 months of Mom Lit will be held on:

Friday, September 19th

Each month's book club location will be shared privately to Mom Lit members only.
