  • How to search the rules and regulations
  • Owner’s waivers of MLS entry.
  • Special types of listings and required disclosures. 
  • Rules regarding remarks, photos and attachments.
  • Listing maintenance.

3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.  MLS Adding & Editing Listings
Step-by-step process to enter listings into the MLS:

  • Required paperwork to enter a listing.
  • Key fields on the listing entry from. 
  • Add photos and attachments.
