10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Competitive Market Analysis - CMA Tools

How do you know what a home is worth? How do you explain to a seller the list price you recommend? We introduce and provide you with many tools to help you prepare accurate and impressive Market Analyses. In this class, you will learn to:

·       Research subject properties.

·       Market trends.

·      Strategies for searching for comparable properties.

·      Building CMA reports and listing presentations.

1 p.m. - 3 p.m. iMapp System

iMapp is a one-stop-shop for property information! In this lab-style class you’ll learn how to:

• Research any property in Florida.
• Find owner information, property characteristics, FEMA data, valuation trends, deeds and other public record filings, comparable tax and MLS sales, demographics and more.
• Explore market statistics down to the subdivision.
• Developed focused farm lists.
• Create highly targeted mailing lists and print labels.
• Find expired listings in your farm area.
